A Gardening Year

Picture
For each month of the year, it can be helpful to have a list of key tasks (ten or so) to check.

Then, for each area of the garden, list the main things to do for each.

Finally, summarise some important general chores not to forget.

In this way, you can enjoy your small garden and always feel a sense of achievement, never missing the chance
to plant and harvest with the seasons.

This is a photograph of me, Dr Dinah Parums, at the Chelsea Flower Show in May 2008, standing in front of the Petunia Wall.
